A $350 million rebuild of the Rideau Carleton site and Canada's first fully integrated Hard Rock resort. 24/7 casino with 1,500+ slots, Hard Rock LIVE for up to 2,200 and a Council Oak steakhouse. The whole property is 19+.

Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto
The former Casino Woodbine, rebuilt as a resort next to Woodbine Racetrack. A 5,000-person theatre, a pool with sauna and steam room, free parking and a free Pearson shuttle.

Pickering Casino Resort Hotel
Part of Great Canadian's $500 million Pickering resort east of Toronto. Rooms run from 388 to 775 sq ft, 22 are accessible; the casino launched with 2,200 slots and 90+ live tables, and the arena and theatre seat 2,500.

Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel
The casino on Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation land added a hotel, announced as complete on November 1, 2021. Wikipedia gives 100 rooms and travel listings 116; the operator's page doesn't publish a number. The Nest event space holds up to 800 guests.

A hotel attached to Dakota Dunes Casino, about 20 minutes south of Saskatoon, owned by Whitecap Dakota First Nation and managed by Atlific Hotels. Ribbon-cutting on October 8, 2020; 10,000 sq ft of meeting space and farm-to-table dining.

River Cree hotel tower
An 18-storey tower of roughly 230–240 rooms with 30+ suites, a pool with two waterslides and a large ballroom, on top of the existing 249-room hotel. Exterior finished in June 2026.

Cascades Casino and Hotel Innisfil
Gateway's planned replacement for its Georgian Downs casino: 1,000+ slots, live tables and a seven-storey hotel, about 150,000 sq ft in total, as reported by BlogTO in September 2026.
